ABOUT THE BOOK
This book is as an exploration of Dr. Anne Elizabeth’s spiritual healing journey, her thinking and the development of her ego consciousness. Through four pivotal spiritual experiences, she discovered that the roots of her consciousness were deeply connected and driven by her spiritual self.
Because her spiritual journey is intimate and deeply personal, she has written this book in letter format. By writing letters to the reader, she hopes to invite the reader to take their own spiritual journeys.
By writing to parents and ancestors who have passed away, she hopes this will show the transformative and healing power of the written letter as a vehicle for exploring ancestral healing, the healing of self and the planet.
